Charlie Waller’s 25th Grand Ole Gospel Reunion once again will be held at the Hyatt Hotel in Greenville, S. C. For 25 years the singers have come home for this reunion to sing, sing and I mean sing. If you love good four part harmony Quartet Singing then this is the tour for you
There is a dinner on Thursday night with a sing. Then singing, fun and games on Friday and Saturday morning. Friday and Saturday night the singing starts at around 7:00 Pm til about midnight, then breakfast with the stars and singing til about 1:30 am in the morning.
You will hear Quartets such as Melody Boys from Little Rock Ark. Dixie Melody Boys,
Dixie Echoes from Pensacola, Fl. Dove Bros Quartet, Tenor Bill Shaw of the original Blackwood Bros. Quartet who is now 85 years old. Jimmy Blackwood, son of James Blackwood will be there with the Blackwood Quartet. Southern Sound, Willie Wynn and many many more.
South Carolina Peaches are in season during this time and the trip would not be complete without visiting an orchard stand and bringing back great South Carolina Peaches.
