October 5 – 9,2010
Oct. 5 Day 1: Travel Day from Indiana to Dubuque, Ia. with entertainment on the motor coach via our personal entertainment system. We will view the National Mississippi River Museum in Dubuque, Ia.. Our over night accommodations will be the Holiday Inn Dubuque. Dinner Included.
Oct 6 Day 2: We will Board the Celebration Belle Riverboat, leaving at 7:30 Am to cruise up the Mississippi River through two locks to Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. Our arrival will be approximately 5:30 pm. We will take three meals plus snacks while on board and our nights rest will be at the House on the Rock Inn in Spring Green, Wisconsin.
Oct. 7 Day 3: We will be at the fabulous House on the Rock when the doors open at 9:00 Am to view the incredible collections of House on the Rock. At 1:00 pm we leave for lunch at Rookies. We then travel through the country, toward our next destination, the fabulous Prime Quarter where we take our evening meal. The Prime Quarter is unique, with large bricquet grills where you can grill your own steak. If you prefer not too, a chef will cook your steak. Other food will be available for those who do not want beef. Later we make our way to Wisconsin Dells for our overnight stay.
Oct. 8 Day 4 We will spend the day at Wisconsin Dells. It will be a beautiful fall foliage day to enjoy riding the boats on the upper dells and riding the ducks should you desire to do so. On this night we were going to spend our evening at the beautiful Fireside Inn where we were to dine and take in a performance. Unfortunately due to the severity of the recession, the Fire Side Inn will not open on Friday night. Thus we will spend our extra time taking in all that there is to do at the Dells.
Oct. 9 Day 5 Travel Day with entertainment on the motor coach as we travel back home Again in Indiana.
Trip includes all transportation on luxury motor coach, all deluxe motels, Celebration Mississippi River Boat Cruise, including three meals and entertainment, Fares for riding the Ducks, and Upper Dells boat ride, Dinner at the Fabulous Prime Quarter, House on the Rock tickets. 3 Continental Breakfasts, 1 Breakfast Aboard Celebration Belle Riverboat. 2 Lunches, 3 Dinners.
